Our Academy engages an Institutional Advisory Board of successful salon and business owners to guide and assess the effectiveness of our curriculum. Our Academy has a curriculum that provides hands-on training in our clinic salon or spa environment.
​We have licensed educators to advise and consult with you as you become comfortable with your new skills, and a customer base who understands that you’re here to learn — which is what it’s all about!

IN-DEPTH EXPERIENCE

An EVVAYLOIS Academy education is rigorous and thorough. Students are proud of the extensive details of their curriculum, which covers anatomy (the bones of the face, important for makeup application) to color theory (essential to understanding complementary colors in hair and makeup). When you immerse yourself in any of our programs, you’ll cover topics in varying levels of depth and detail, giving you an exceptional foundation for your professional career.

STATE LICENSE CERTIFICATION

Our curriculums are designed to prepare students for the state licensing examinations in their field, as well as allow them to successfully acquire a salon or spa position upon graduation. Students will learn the technical, personal and business skills to prepare them for work in a professional salon or spa catering to state laws, safety and sanitation requirements.

WE ARE EVVAY 

EVVAYLOIS School of Beauty, owned by EVVAYLOIS Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit organization. The school is located at 2244 South Market Street, Brenham, Texas 77833. The school suite occupies approximately 1900 square feet within a commercial and shopping area building. EVVAYLOIS Academy is a non-smoking facility.

​EVVAYLOIS Academy maintains a tradition of excellence in preparing its undergraduates for creative work in the cosmetology industry. Its curriculum is designed to prepare and individual for entry, development, and promotion in the cosmetology field.

​The school is designed to best accommodate three areas of instruction: Theory, Practical, and Clinical work. All areas are fully equipped with classroom and practical equipment and modern styling stations to serve the public.
